To become a patient at HRT-MD our 3-step process makes it simple to get started.

Whatever your health care concerns or interests are you can reach us by phone, email or by filling out the new patient information request form and one of our professionals will guide you through the process.

3 Steps

Start your journey with HRT-MD:

1. Visit HRT-MD and one of our team members will obtain your initial blood work, explain the HRT-MD Programs, and answer any questions you may have. ($250 cost for Lab Testing, and $150 to schedule with a Medical Provider)
2. Meet with an HRT-MD healthcare provider to create a custom treatment program to address your individual goals and needs.
3. Start your treatment plan and take back control of your life!
